What is Elemental Soul Healing?

Elemental Soul Healing is a profound and potent form of healing that addresses the whole person, reconnecting you to your deepest and most authentic self and restoring well-being on all levels. In my experience, its effects can be felt almost immediately, as it uses incredibly powerful soul energy to clear deep blocks and imbalances that can drain your system. A deep connection with the soul can be profoundly transformative, helping to heal, align and awaken the spark of your highest self.

The soul is honoured as the Divine, most authentic part of you; when the essence and energy of the soul, or higher self, flows freely, we can experience true health on all levels of being.

How can it help me?

Our lives are frequently hectic and demanding, putting our systems under strain and making it difficult to maintain a sense of equilibrium. This can lead to distortions in our energy which significantly effect our sense of well-being, making us more prone to stress and illness. Our bodies are often messengers for our souls, with deeper spiritual wounds sometimes manifesting as physical, mental and emotional ailments, difficult relationships, poor sleep and other challenges. If you feel depleted or suffer from recurrent ill health or other issues, Elemental Soul Healing can gently restore balance to your system and clear spiritual blockages which may be weighing you down.

Treatments

One-to-one sessions take place in the relaxing, comfortable environment of my therapy room. I work with subtle energies, using the Chinese principle of the five elements to restore balance to the physical, mental and emotional bodies. After setting an intention for healing, we will work together at uncovering and removing blockages and healing areas of imbalance, some of which may exist at a deep level, outside and beyond everyday awareness.

Sessions are £45 for 60 mins


Remote healing sessions:

I have conducted powerful remote healing sessions for many years - perfect if distance, time or accessibility make it difficult to come for a session in person. Remote healing works on the same principles as normal one-to-one healing and is just as effective. Sessions are available over the phone and can be arranged by appointment. Occasionally sessions may be available via telephone if you do not have an internet connection - please contact me to discuss.
